On March first of 2007, Ross and Cheryl Bradford purchased Twin City Motor Inn with a vision in mind. They shared the vision with Zach and Anna Trundy (former owners of Arcady Down East B&B and Catering). Excitement grew for what they saw the Lord leading them to do. Several months passed and that vision is realized and we are excited to be able to share it with you.

The bar that was once downstairs at Twin City is now gone, and has become the Lighthouse Christian Cafe. The spacious area has been completely renovated with a lighthouse theme, and includes a game room, a conference room, and a stage where Christ-honoring entertainment has become the norm. We offer a full menu featuring homemade pastries, fresh dough pizza, specialty coffees, and a full dinner menu. With 150+ seats and a laid back coffeehouse feel, it's a great place to meet, hang out with Christians of all denominations, or bring a friend who needs to know about our Lord Jesus Christ.

The inn has also been undergoing major renovations and upgrades and is becoming a very pleasant place to stay. Twin City's name will soon become Vacationland Village Inn and Suites. We are all excited about integrating coffeehouse and inn together to be able to offer group retreats at fair prices. Honestly, we do not know all of what God has in store for this place. Pray for us as we seek His heart to know all the directions He wishes us to take...This much we do know for sure: Jesus said in John 12:32: "...if I [Jesus] be lifted up, I will draw all men unto me."...and that is what we wish to do. The body of believers can be the "lighthouse" that illuminates the cross and points others back to Jesus.
